Huan Zhu Ge Ge

This was EDB's D&D 2 Fridays ago... got coaxed into renting this costume for $50 and boy was I glad that my colleagues made me do this.

Stayed in character the whole night and yes, there was lots of chinese with the BeiJing Twang!

22/11 - 30/11

Well... Thoroughly enjoyed the David Tao concert. He sounds really good live and I even got much dancing out of the performance! Sgporeans, esp the Chinese-music listening crowd, are way too passive for concerts, they were so glued to their seats, we might as well be watching Shakespear... well, btw sitting and sulking on my seat and wasting $140 vs. accepting David's invitation to get on my feet to dance, though at the expense of irritating my neighbors.... I chose the latter and had a rocking time!! =) Next time, if I ever go for any concert, am so on the first row!!

Had dinner with my youths as a kind of post "O" level cum year-end celebration. We had a ball at NYDC... though the hang-out/sharing at the Youth Park was overshadowed by skateboarders' performance...

Btw, if u r not aware, am running 10km at this Sunday's marathon. Was encouraged by the close to 2K that my division managed to raise over the course of 1 day in pledges for the 6 runners that are running from my division. Think completing the run shouldn't be a problem but doing it within 90mins... now, that would be a test!!

Caught up with the Purdue gang (christians that were part of the same fellowship) last weekend... Missed Lin Han's (one of my youths) concert last night... (am so, so sorry!!) started rehearsal for the ORTV, "U R Special" musical, last Sunday. We will be performing at the stage outside/beside Paragon on Dec 16th and 23rd at 8pm... so do bring friends and drop by to support!
